AyahInk

AyahInk, Qur’an reflection journals and tadabbur learning, a project of Al Asr Welfare Foundation UK

Read the Qur’an. Reflect. Be Transformed.

AyahInk is a Qur’an reflection project of Al Asr Welfare Foundation UK. It helps Muslims move from reciting the words of Allah to living them, one ayah at a time, through guided tadabbur journals, free learning resources and gentle, structured teaching.

At its heart is the Qur’an Journal, a free web app with a guided reflection page for every one of the 6,236 ayat across all 114 surahs. It includes a recitation mushaf with English, Urdu and Bangla translations, linked notes, highlights and handwriting. It works offline and keeps your writing private on your own device.

What AyahInk Offers

AyahInk pairs beautiful tools with gentle teaching, so the habit of reflection actually sticks:

  • The Qur’an Journal: a guided journaling page for every ayah, free on any device
  • The AyahInk Method: five steps for every verse: the ayah, what it says, what it means, what it asks of me, and a closing duʿa
  • Qur’an Do’s & Don’ts: every command, prohibition and key reminder across all 114 surahs, in Arabic, English and Urdu
  • Little Muslims: free printable books and a daily roadmap for children aged 2 to 5
  • Tadabbur circles and courses: small-group live sessions and self-paced learning

Everything you need to read and journal with the Qur’an is free, and your reflections stay private.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make deep, personal reflection on the Qur’an a daily habit for every Muslim, whether a lifelong reader, a new Muslim or a busy parent. We keep the journal and the children’s books free, so cost is never a barrier to drawing closer to the Book of Allah.

Every ayah a reader sits with is a step from recitation towards living the Qur’an, In shā’ Allāh.

One ayah at a time, from reciting the words to living them.

Al Asr Welfare Foundation

Your sadaqah keeps the Qur’an Journal and the Little Muslims books free for everyone, and helps us add new translations, print journals and teaching circles.

To donate please use AyahInk as the reference in your bank transfer.

Then do they not reflect upon the Qur’ān, or are there locks upon [their] hearts?

Qur’an 47:24

Give any amount to keep AyahInk free for everyone: the Qur’an Journal, its guided reflection on all 6,236 ayat, and the Little Muslims books for young children. Choose an amount or type your own. Sadaqah, and Gift Aid can be added if you are a UK taxpayer.

Gift AyahInk to Someone Who Can’t Pay

Sponsor a package and AyahInk will give it free to a reader who cannot afford it: a student, a revert, a family on a low income, or anyone drawing closer to the Qur’an. Choose a year of Plus (£72), a year of Complete (£144) or a lifetime Supporter pass (£50).

AyahInk’s paid plans are free for everyone for now. While that lasts, your gift covers the cost of keeping them free. Once pricing begins, every package you sponsor goes to a reader who cannot pay. Sadaqah only.
